Payment methods
We aim to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and convenient. Currently, orders are delivered through Fan Courier, one of the most reliable delivery services in Romania.
You can choose between the following payment methods when placing your order:
- Online Payment (Card)
Pay securely online using your debit or credit card at checkout. All transactions are processed through a secure payment system to ensure your personal and financial information is protected. - Cash on Delivery (COD / Payment on Delivery)
If you prefer, you can pay for your order directly to the courier when the package is delivered to your address.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and shipped via Fan Courier, and you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you have the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Products must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number and the items you wish to return. You will receive further instructions regarding the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a reasonable processing time.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. All orders are currently shipped via Fan Courier, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery throughout Romania.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for all orders over 500 RON.
- For orders below 500 RON, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow the delivery status of your package.
