  1. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
    The item is returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered.
    The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
    All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
    The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (e.g., underwear, swimwear, final sale items—if applicable).
  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return:
    Contact us at office@mood25.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
    You will receive return instructions, including the return address.
    Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
    We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
  4. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
    If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Exchanges
    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
    If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
